6 cups sugar
8 cups water
1 tablespoon green food coloring
2 tablespoons spirits of peppermint N.F. (available at a drug store)
1/5 good grain alcohol

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and sugar to a boil and boil for 8 minutes. Cool completely. Add food coloring, peppermint and alcohol. Bottle and cork.
