1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
1 lb. cheddar or jack cheese, grated
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 - 7 oz. can diced green chiles
1 lb. bacon, cooked an crumbled into small pieces

Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add rest of ingredients. Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Cook at 350º for 45 minutes.

Wait 5 minutes before serving.
