3 cups sugar
1 quart water
10 rounded teaspoons instant coffee crystals (Yuban, if possible or any bold instant coffee)
4 teaspoons vanilla
1/5 vodka
Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, water and coffee to boil and simmer 1 hour. Cool completely. Add vanilla and vodka. Put in bottles and cork.

Use over vanilla or coffee ice cream as a dessert or in any way you would use Kahlua.
