1 C. Parkay 1 C. Peanut Butter
1-2 tsp. Vanilla 2 1/4 C. (or so) Flour
1 C. Sugar 1/8 tsp. Salt
1 C. Brown Sugar 2 tsp. Soda
2 Eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together Parkay©, vanilla, and the sugars. Add eggs, peanut butter and blend. Gradually add flour, salt and soda mixture. Preheat oven to 350º and turn down to 325º. Bake until brown on the bottom.

This is one of three cookie recipes that I use all the time. When I am in the mood to bake cookies, I bake all three and then it is a while before I do this again. This is my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe.
