1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1/2 packet dry italian dressing mix
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter and dry italian dressing mix in the crock pot. Place chicken pieces on top. Cook on low for 4 hours. Remove chicken and cut into bite sized pieces and place back into the crock pot. Add cream cheese and cream of chicken soup. Cook for an additional 30 minutes. Stir well. Serve over white or brown rice.

This takes virtually no prep at all. If you have 6 hours beforedinner you can even put the chicken in frozen. Great for Sunday. The kids love it and will even dip their steamed broccoli in the sauce. It sounds rich, but I use margarine and lowfat cream cheese and fat free cream of chicken so it's
really not that bad. Easy to double the recipe and it's even good for leftovers.
