2 lbs Ground Beef 2 Soup cans of Milk
1 Sml. Onion, diced 8 oz Velveeta Cheese, chunked
2 Can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 lb Wide Egg Noodles
(or Cream of Celery)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef & onion until fully cooked, drain. Heat soup, milk and cheese in microwave until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Cook noodles until done, drain. Layer noodles in bottom of 9"x13" dish, spread hamburger mixture on top of noodles, then pour soup mixture over all, mix with spoon. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Chow Mein Noodles and cashews (or water chestnuts), finish baking additional 10 minutes or until nice and bubble.
