Salad:
1 pkg Cole Slaw mix
3 or 4 green onions, chopped
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 pkgs Ramen noodles, crushed


Dressing:

3/4 to 1 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white, cider, or rice vinegar
2 flavor packets from Ramen noodles (Oriental flavor is good)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients. Mix dressing and pour over salad. Stir gently.

You can easily halve this recipe or add chopped, cooked chicken or fajita strips. You can also use 2 bags of cole slaw mix with the same amounts of all the other ingredients. Tastes the same -- just makes more. Easy dish to take to outdoor potlucks.
