1/2 onion-chopped .
4 green onion tops-chopped
1/2 lb bean sprouts .
3/4 c. cooked chicken-diced.
2pcs. chopped bacon .
1 egg-scrambled.
3 c. cold cooked rice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soysauce
1/2 tsp accent

Fry bacon and then add chicken. & cook. Don't brown. Add a little chicken skin. Salt a little bit. Stir constantly. Add veggies. Add egg. Stir in salt, soy sauce and Accent. Warm and serve.

This recipe was given to me by a Japanese Chef in Denver in 1955. It's a meal unto itself and Oriental guests love it. The Chinese Astrologers, our guests, ate it five days in a row,bkfst, lunch & dinner. Haven't served it since.
