1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons white corn syrup
1/4 cup Jack Daniels Bourbon
ground sweet chocolate
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, pecans, cocoa, corn syrup and bourbon. Mix well. In seperate bowl, combine equal amounts of ground sweet chocolate (or cocoa) and powdered sugar. Coat hands with butter and scoop up bourbon ball mixture and roll into small balls and roll in cocoa/powdered sugar mix.
