"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Combine spinach, bacon, and eggs in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with ½ tsp salt combine remaining ingredients to make dressing. Shake to blend ingredients. Dressing is better if made the day before to give flavors a chance to blend and chill flavors note; if you use honey dressing will be thick and need to warm up before adding it to the spinach. At serving time, sprinkle about half the dressing on spinach mixture and toss well. Chill remaining dressing to use again or on any salad mixture.
