2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 c. frozen coconut or 1 c. flaked coconut


Topping:
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water
1/2 bottle coconut flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, vanilla and milk. Add eggs, one at a time.
Then add coconut. Bake 1 hour at 350º

Mix and melt topping ingredients on stovetop. Punch holes in cake and pour over while hot. Let cool for 1 hour. Can be baked in 1 bundt pan or 3 small loaf pans.
