Sweet Potato Souflee

3 Cups of mashed sweet potatoes…canned okay
˝ t salt
˝ c milk
1 c sugar
2 eggs
˝ stick butter
1 T vanilla
Dash of lemon juice
1 c brown sugar
1 c pecans
˝ c flour
1/3 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with potatoes; add sugar and salt then milk and flavorings;
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and then fold into the mixture; place into a greased
Basking dish.

Mix sugar and flour; add nuts and sprinkle on top of dish; Drizzle butter on top
Of mixture; Bake 350F for 40 minutes
