Pork Roast with Jezebel Sauce


>6T of hot sauce
>6T worcestershire sauce
>2T garlic salt
>2T black pepper
>3-4 lb. boneless pork loin.

Sauce Ingredients:
>Jezebel Sauce:
>
>1 18 oz jar of apple jelly (Use pineapple if you can't find apple )
>1 18 oz jar of apricot preserves
>1/4 cup of dry mustard
>2 T of pepper
>2 T prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
>Stir the liquids together and set aside. Combine the garlic salt and
>pepper.
>Place pork in a lightly greased roasting pan. Brush all sides of the
>meat
>with the liquid mixture. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper mixture.
>Bake
>at 350 F for 2 hours, sheilding with foil the last 30 minutes. Let stand
>covered for 15 minutes.

>Mix all ingredients and serve on the side with pork roast
