1 C Beer
1/4 C Unsulphured Dark Molasses
1/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 C Worchestershire Sauce
1-1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
Juice of 1 Medium Lime
1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 Tsp Aniseed (toasted and ground)
1/4 Tsp Salt
1-1/2 Dz Chicken Wings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º.
Grease a large baking pan or dish.

Combine everything except the wings in a large, heavy pan. Simmer over medium heat 15-20 minutes, until reduced to a thick sauce. While the sauce simmers prepare chicken wings by removing the wing tips, cut each win in half at the joint. Add wings to sauce and stir to coat them. Ladle the wings an dthe sauce into the baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes, then stir the wings in the sauce. Turn heat up to 425º and back an additoinal 10 minutes or until sauce glazes the wings.

Serve hot with a ranch dressing, if desired.
