1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup raw rice
1 can chiicken broth
1 can french onion soup
1 3 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 4 oz. jar pimentos, drained
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Dash garlic salt
Dash pepper
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margariine in 1 1/2 quart casserole (9 x 13); add rice, chicken broth, soup, mushrooms, pimentos, grated cheese, garlic salt, pepper and slivered almonds. Mix. Cover with foil and cook 1 hour at 375º.
