1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can french style green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 stick melted butter
1 stack ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except butter and crackers. Place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix the melted margarine and crushed crackers. Spread on top of the vegetabel mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
