2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C milk
1/3 C butter, melted
1 C sugar
3 C cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 t vanilla

TOPPING:
1 C chopped nuts (I like pecans best)
1 C brown sugar
1/3 C melted butter
1/2 C flour
cinnamon and nutmeg (sprinkled all over or pumpkin pie seasoning)

Directions:
Directions:
(Prick sweet potatoes and bake on tray in oven like regular potatoes or cut them up and boil them in a big pot.) Cool, peel, mash and mix with other ingredients and place in buttered pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle across.
Bake 20 minutes at 350º.
(Can be prepared ahead of time and baked when ready.)
