1 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick butter

cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples into a 9 x 13 inch pan so that the apples are about 1" deep. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Mix together the oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and butter. Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.

This is Kris's favorite dessert. His mom made it for him all the time and when I asked for the recipe she really didn't have one so this is her best guess. I've made it a hundred times following this recipe and it works.
