1 PLAIN yellow cake mix
3 cups rhubarb, cut up
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare yellow cake according to package directions and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix together the rhubarb and sugar. Spoon evenly over cake batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Gently pour whipping cream over top. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Turn upside down onto cutting board.

Awesome dessert! Make sure you get a plain cake mix. You can't do it if you get the cake mix with pudding or super moist. It is just too sloppy then.
