1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
3/4 cup milk
2 cups whole corn, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion, green pepper and butter. Add next six ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add corn and egg. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes or until set in middle.
