2 carrots
1/4 sm head Cabbage
1 bunch green onions
1 handful fresh bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic - minced
2 c ham - 1/2" cubes
2 chicken breasts - boneless & skinless
Cooked spaghetti (6 oz) broken into 2" pieces
salt and pepper
cooking oil


Optional:

Mushrooms
green or red peppers

Directions:
Cut carrots and cabbage into thin strips. Thinly slice chicken & green onions. Heat small amt of oil in wok, once hot stir fry carrots, green onions, and cabbage until hot and limp. Stir in bean sprouts, chicken and ham and saute a few minutes stirring occasionally. Add spaghetti and seasonings and continue cooking and stirring,. Add more oil if necessary until ingredients are heated through and well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with Soy Sauce.

Note: Amounts are not too important since this is kind of a guessing recipe.
