quart size zip-lock freezer bag
2 eggs
cheese, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, mushroom.

Directions:
Directions:
In the zip-lock bag add the eggs, shake to combine them. Add what ever ingredients that you want for you omelet. Make sure to get the air out of the bag and then zip it up.
Place the bags into rolling boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily.

This works great!!! Good for when all of your family is together and no one has to wait for their special egg. Everyone gets involved in the process and what a great conversation piece. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed!!! This recipe came from Christina McQuiston
