6 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. each bell pepper & hot pepper chopped fine
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 bottle (6 oz. size) Certo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except Certo, and bring to a boil. Boil 4-5 minutes and remove from heat. Add bottle of Certo. Pour into jelly glasses and seal.

WARNING!!! Be sure to wear rubber gloves when fixing hot peppers. Be very careful not to touch face or eyes when preparing hot peppers.

This is a great appetizer when spooned over a block of cream cheese and served with crackers. The jelly can also be used to glaze a ham while baking.
