1 pint of low fat sour cream
1 small package of instant vanilla pudding
5-6 tbsps. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the instant vanilla pudding with the sour cream. It will look like stiff paste mixture. Try to get most of the lumps worked out through stirring. Add 2-3 tbsps. of orange juice at a time into the mixture until you have the desired texture for a dip. You will see some tiny clumps of pudding;however it will dissolve in the next hour. Serve with cut fruit.
