1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 7-oz. pks. flaked coconut
1 8-oz. pk. strawberry flavor gelatin
1 cup ground blanched almonds
1 tsp. almond extract
red food coloring
2 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
green food coloring

Directions:

In large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut, 1/3 cup gelatin, almonds, extract and enough red food coloring to tint mixture a strawberry shade.
Chill one hour or until firm enough to handle.
Form small amounts (about 1/2tlbs.) into strawberry shapes.
Sprinkle remaining gelatin into flat dish and roll each strawberry to coat.
Place on waxed paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate.
To make hulls, combine sugar, cream and green food coloring. Using pastry bag with open star tip, pipe green frosting onto strawberries to form stems. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep several days.
