1/3 cup rice wine or white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large package of coleslaw mix
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
2 packages Beef Ramen noodles, uncooked and crushed

Directions:
Toast almonds and sunflower seeds, set aside. Be careful not to burn them. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar and Beef Ramen flavor package. Drizzle in the oil, whisking as you go until it is well blended. Set it aside. In a large bowl combine the coleslaw mix, onions, almonds, sesame seeds and broken Ramen noodles. Just before serving drizzle with the dressing and toss. Salad will keep in the refrigerator but does not stay crunchy.
