3 cans cream of potato soup (10 3/4oz)
3 cans chicken broth (14 1/2 oz)
3 carrots
3 celery stalks
3 green onions
1 stick butter
1 pint. sour cream
16 oz Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables in blender or processor. Saute vegetables in butter, briefly. Add Chicken broth and cook 30 minutes on low heat. Add potato soup and cook 10 minutes on low heat. Cube cheese and add to mixture.
Turn heat off and add sour cream. Serve.
