2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup semi sweet chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl whisk egg, milk, sour cream, melted butter and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry, blending lightly. Quickly fold in the nuts and chips. Spoon into greased muffin pans.Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
