1 lb hamburger
1 large green pepper, chopped fine
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp shortening
1/2 cup stuffed olives, halved
1 small can chopped pimentos
1 large can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 pkg spaghetti, broken in to 2" pieces
1/2 lb sharp cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until just tender. Drain, return to pan and cover while making the sauce. Cook green pepper and onion in shortening over low heat until soft and golden brown. Remove to bowl. Cook hamburger in pan until done. Add green pepper, onion, pimento, olives and tomato sauce, salt, pepper and chili powder. Mix with cooked spaghetti. Carefully stir in 1/2 of the cheese cubes and place in a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese cubes. Bake at 350º until cheese on top is melted.
