2 c butter
2 c peanut butter
2 c granulated sugar
2 c brown sugar, packed
4 eggs
5 c flour
3 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, peanut butter, sugars and eggs with electric mixer. Blend in all dry ingredients and mix well. Cover dough and chill for at least 45 minutes. I use a small ice cream scoop to measure the cookies. Roll into a ball. Place 2 " apart on ungreased cooking sheet. Flatten with tines of a fork. Bake at 350º for 6-7 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

P.S. You may want to roll the balls in granulated sugar before placing on cookie sheet.
