3-4 bags of frozen California blend vegetables
12 Ritz crackers (about)
1 lb. velveeta cheese (cubed)
1/2 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil vegetables until tender and then drain. Put into 9 X 13 casserole dish. Place cubed cheese over vegetables. Crush crackers and sprinkle over vegetables. Cut up butter into chunks and place over vegetables. Mix together until cheese and butter have melted.
