8 cups of all purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
3 teaspoons salt
2 rounded teaspoons active dry
2 cups water
1 cup Crisco
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 8 cups flour, 2/3 cup sugar, 3 teaspoons salt and 2 rounded tablespoons of active dry yeast in the Kitchenaid mixing bowl.
Measure 2 cups water into a microwave safe container. Add 1 cup Crisco. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and stir until Crisco is melted. Beat 2 eggs and add slowly to above mixture.
Add wet mixture to the dry in Kitchenaid bowl. Knead on low for 2-3 minutes (until the dough is smoooth and elastic). Turn out onto lightly floured counter and knead for about 1 minute. Place in a greased bowl, turn over and cover.
Let rise until double in size. Punch down dough and form into buns or rolls. Cover and let rise until double in size.
Bake in a preheated oven (350 degrees) for 25-30 minutes. Immediately after removing from oven brush tops with butter.
