2 chicken breasts
1 pkg LiptonŠ onion soup mix
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tsp cooking oil
3 tsp cornstarch
1 clove garlic, minced
2 bell peppers
3 celery (ribs)
8 green onions
3/4 c cold water
1/2 tsp sugar

Cut chicken and peppers into 1" cubes, celery & onions diagonally into 1/2 slices. In med bowl combine chicken, onion soup mix, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, garlic and 1 tsp cornstarch. In large wok heat remaining oil - stir fry peppers and celery over high heat stirring constantly for 3 minutes; add green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes, remove from pan. Add chicken and more oil if needed and cook for 3 minutes. In small bowl mix remaining soy sauce and cornstarch with water and sugar. Add to skillet with vegetables and simmer 3 more minutes or until thickened. Serve over hot rice.
