Ingredients:
3-4 white potatoes
2-3 cans beef broth
1 pkg Sausage (Polish or smoked)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the potatoes and slice into ¼" slices, cover with wet cloth while you prepare the sausage. Slice the sausage into ½" slices. Heat pan either on the stove or I use an electric skillet. Brown the sausages REAL WELL (Yep, even if they look black they will be okay!) You can remove them as soon as they are really done! Replace sausages in skillet and cover with potato slices. Pour beef broth over the potatoes and cover. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are soft. Once all of the broth is absorbed and the potatoes are soft it is ready to serve.

I created this recipe one night when I was tried of cooking all of our ordinary foods. I never realized that it would become our son's favorite meal of all. He requests it often and I love to make it for him..
