3 c diced cooked turkey
1 can (14.5oz) red enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup onion - chopped
1 pkg (6oz) corn chips - crushed
4 oz sharp cheese - shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Blend enchilada sauce, soup, turkey and onion. Grease a 12x12 baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom of the dish with half of the corn chips. Spoon the turkey mixture carefully over the chips. Cover the top with the cheese then the remaining corn chips. Bake @ 375º for 35-40 minutes.
