3 c flour
2 c sugar
6 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 c cooking oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 c water
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into a mixing bowl. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve plain or with Cool Whip© topping.
