1 - 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach
1 - 7 oz. box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs beaten
6 - tablespoons butter, melted
1 - small onion, chopped fine
8 ozs.cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach and squeeze out all the water. Combine spinach and all other ingredients. Stir until all is just moistened. Pour into a greased 9" square pyrex dish. Bake at 400º for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
