2 - deepdish 9" frozen pie shells
6 - peeled and quartered med. apples - Braeburn\Galaca Fuji.
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. Brown sugar
Pinch salt, cinnamon and nutmeg
Lemon juice
2 tbsp. applecider vinegar

Peel, llemon juice, add rest
Stir to well coat apples, let sit 30 min. to develop juice.
Fill pan, add top crust and add pat of butter on apples before baking.
Bake 40-50 min. or until golden brown.
Last 5 minutes, egg wash, sprinkle with granulated sugar.
