1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine orange juice and sugar in 2-quart {12x7} glass baking dish & mix well. Stir in pecans.
Microwave for 6 minutes on medium high ["roast"]. Stir and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes [or until the syrup crystallizes]. Spread, separate, and cool glazed nuts on buttered cookie sheet. This makes about 3 cups of nuts.
