1 pound cooked peeled shrimp
18 slices baguette bread
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons minced celery
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tabelspoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill (1/2 t. dried)
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper

Set aside 18 shrimp. Dice remaining shrimp. Bake baguette slices ona baking sheet at 350º for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. (or buy Fresh Market plain toasted french rounds).

Stir together shrimp, cheese, celery, onion, mayonnaise, dill and salt. Spread on baguette slices.

Bake at 350º for 5 minutes or until ightly browned. Top each with a shrimp and garnish with fresh dill.
