1/4 c. butter or margarine
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
3 jars (15 oz. each) white onions, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan chees
1/2 c. sliced, blanced almonds
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a sausepan over med. heat, melt butter.
Stir in flour, mustard and salt; cook and stir until bubbly.
Stir in milk and Worchestershire sauce; cook and stir until thickened; about 2 min.
Gently stir in onions, peas and almonds.
Pour into a ungreased 2 qt. baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
