1 cups sugar
1/8 cup flour
1/8 cup corn meal
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs
1/4 cup lime juice
3/8 cup milk
1 or 2 drops green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, flour, corn meal together. Melt 1/2 stick butter and add to this mixture. Set this mixture aside.

In a blender combine eggs, lime juice, milk, food coloring. Blend just until mixed. Add this mixture to the mixture set aside. Blend both mixtures together with a whip.

Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake 45 minutes at preheated 350º oven.

You may want to keep foil around edge of crust at the beginning of baking so as not to burn crust.
