3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/8 cup salad oil
1 1/2 T poppy seeds
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond extract


Glaze:

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 tsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients together. While bread is still hot, brush with glaze. Keep brushing on until it sets.
