2-3 large sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c Pet Milk
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Crunch Topping:
1/3 c flour
1 c sugar
dash salt
dash cinnamon
1/2 stick butter
1 c pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil peeled quartered sweet potatoes till soft, then mash. Lay butter on potatoes to melt. Beat eggs with fork, add vanilla and Pet Milk, stir well then add sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Combine with potatoes. Place in 9 X 13 baking dish. For Crunch topping mix first 5 items till mealy, stir in pecans and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350º 45 min. or till brown. Serves: 12
