1/2 lb. lean Hamburger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of Mushroom Soup
5 cups mashed potatoes
cheddar cheese, shredded ( to taste )
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, salt, pepper and onions. Drain off fat. Combine with soup in long baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes, sprinkle top of potatoe with cheese. Bake in 350º oven until cheese is melted. ( If you choose, peas or green beans can be placed between hamburger and potatoes.)
