Cajun Seasoning Oven Baking Bag

Directions:
Rinse Turkey and pat dry. Rub with sesame oil inside and outside. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning both inside and outside of turkey. Place in an oven bag and set the roaster at 325º, cook until done.

This recipe came from a friend of Herb's, who lives in Yukon, OK. He passed it on to us about 10 years ago. My favorite memory of this turkey is when Max and Herb cooked the whole Thanksgiving dinner and it was nice having friends to celebrate the holiday, since we couldn't get to either of our parents home that year.
