1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
2 jars (6 oz) artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
3 tomatoes, minced
1 clove garlic, pressed
bread, crackers and/or fresh vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Chop spinach and artichoke hearts. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, feta and Parmesan cheeses. Stir in tomatoes and garlic. Spoon mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake in a 350º oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with bread, crackers or an array of fresh vegetables.
