1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground hamburger
2 eggs
1 round onion (chopped)
1 carrot (grated)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tsp. salt.
Ajinamoto (optional or sub. garlic salt)
4 packages Diamond soda crackers
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Soak crackers in milk until soft consistency.
Combine all ingredients.
Add in cracker mixture last.
Mix all together.
Form into tiny meat balls.
Fry meat balls until golden brown or until cook
Remove meat balls and put aside.
In same frying pan, add cream of mushroom.
Add 1/4 c. milk and stir. Add back in meatballs.
Cook for another 15 minutes on low heat.
