1 C sugar
3/4 C butter (not margarine)
2 squares chocolate - melted and cooled
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 pie shell or graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter until light (4 min.) Blend in cooled chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beat 2 minutes after each egg - scrape bowl often. Put in pie shell and chill. Serve with whipped cream.

This is a great recipe and easy to make. Just remember to use butter, not margarine.
