1 large onion
2 Tbsp. oil
1 pint sour cream
1 can tomatoes
2-4 Jalapeno peppers
Meat of 1 large fryer
1 lb. American Cheese
1 can or package of tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in oil. Add sour cream, diced Jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, chicken, ( or left over turkey ) and grated American cheese. Let this simmer until hot through and through.

Soft fry the tortillas. Break 1/2 of them into bite size pieces and cover the bottom of a casserole dish. Pour part of the mixture over this. Finish breaking the remaining tortillas, cover the top of mixture again with tortillas, then add remaining mixture over this. Bake in 350º oven for 15-20 minutes.
